PICK UP & LOCAL DELIVERY

PICK UP

-We offer in-person pick up by appointment only: Monday - Saturday from 9am-6pm. 

-Please allow 72 hours for us to make your cake balls.  Once the order is ready, we will contact you to schedule your pick-up time.  

-We will be unable to issue refunds for orders not picked up on your arranged pick-up time. You have until close to pick up all pre-paid orders on scheduled date.

 -If you can’t pick-up at your scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible.

LOCAL DELIVERY

-We offer contactless delivery to local areas. 

-Delivery is offered based on your zip code and will be presented at the time of check-out. 

-If you choose this option, please allow 72 hours for us to make your cake balls.  Once the order is ready, we will contact you and arrange a contact-free delivery. 

-If you are placing an order for a special event or occasion, please contact us with the details of your event, including the desired delivery date.  We will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs.  JJsSweetTreatsDFW@gmail.com

 

FRESHNESS

-Refrigeration is not required for storing your cake balls.  They may be stored at room temperature for up to a week.  If you are unable to enjoy them right away, your treats may be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or in the freezer for up to four months.

-To enjoy cake balls from the freezer, simply allow them to set at room temperature until desired temperature is reached.  Do not heat cake balls as that will cause the coating to melt.
